Kelis' "Milkshake" is about handjobs. Very good handjobs. There has been some debate and questioning since I have been listening to it for so long, but I've sat here listening to it until I deciphered all the lyrics, and there you go. Handjobs. I guess you could go for the broader "sexuality" or even "femininity," but that's ignoring the subtleties.
