E-mail from Dave Kraft, our landlord:

"I had hoped that whoever dumped the trash outside of the dumpster would have picked it up after my e-mail yesterday. When I saw the trash this morning, I threw it in the dumpster and noticed it contained mail to 501 Green, including items addressed specifically to Nathan Walsh. Please be sure to throw the trash into the dumpster in the future. Thank you."

Don't blame the messenger, baby; I don't even take the trash out.
