Anyway, let's say that someone theoretically did not pay all of the utility bills off at their former place of residence. This same someone has since moved to a new residence where the utilities are under a different name. The person is aware that one of the bills was pretty huge and would like to think it will just as soon be sucked into the internet and forgotten. What would be the negative consequences of not paying those bills? Is prison listed among them?

Well, anyway, while you think on that, I'm going to go shift some funds around (in a very clever manner) and keep mentally referring to myself as a financial genius who can't be shaken.
